Returns Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached. We do not return for a refund. Store credit never expires! Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.  Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  Bossa Captiva Boutique is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the products, only if the product has a defect on the fabric.

Kindly make sure to order the correct size.  Once your package is received, by Bossa Captiva, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed.  When your return has been accepted, your store credit refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  


Bossa Captiva Boutique currently ships via USPS for all domestic orders & DHL Express (2-Business Day) for all international orders.

Shipping days are Monday - Saturday excluding holidays, please allow 1-2 business day for processing time, we will include the tracking number once the order is completed and ready to be ship.  You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse.  Bossa Captiva will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.  Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize Jessica Lorely to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify Jessica Lorely from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.  Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that Bossa Captiva does not ship to PO Boxes.
