Returns & Exchanges



  • Orders placed on are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. 
  • While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
  • Please email to approve your return, then mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). 




  • Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange. 

 We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:

  1. Bodysuits
  2. Intimates / Bralettes or Underwear
  3. Swimwear 
  4. All jewelry

***All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price or clearance**** These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange*.


EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at Final sale items - items purchased on sale, clearance or with a discount code, as well swimsuits, jewelry and bralettes for sanitary reasons.
