Bossa Captiva Boutique currently ships via USPS for all domestic orders & DHL Express (2-Business Day) for all international orders.

Shipping days are Monday - Saturday excluding holidays, please allow 1-2 business day for processing time, we will include the tracking number once the order is completed and ready to be ship. 

You bear all risk of loss and damage to the products from the time they have cleared our warehouse. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse.  Bossa Captiva will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.  Please note, that if no signature is collect at the time delivery, you agree to these terms and conditions: to authorize Bossa Captiva to leave the package at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release, and to indemnify Bossa Captiva from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.  Delivery times will start to be counted from the date of shipping. Please note that Bossa Captiva does not ship to PO Boxes.
